welcome to “Apartments Nemira“. The owner Mrs. Ljiljana Perkušić and her family are very pleased that you have decided to visit our webpage and see for yourself all the attractions and the beauty of our region and a small dalmatian place near city of Omiš, called Nemira.
We also hope you will enjoy the accommodation that we offer. Here you can experience the magic of the Mediterranean through sights, smells and tastes of Dalmatia and Croatia, here you can swim in an ecologically clean sea and truly get rested in a pleasant environment of our house.
The Apartments Nemira are situated on the three locations in the beautiful corner of the middle Dalmatia, roughly halfway between Split and Makarska. It offers a very pleasant stay to its guests, especially to families with children and those who want an escape from the crowded touristic locations.
On the first location (1) we offer two accommodation units – two fully equipped (air-conditioning, internet connectivity), each apartments has its own balcony and a terrace looking towards the sea, a private parking place.

On the second location (2) we offer you a studio apartments in the ground floor and 3-room flat on the first floor suitable for larger families or groups (up to 8+3 persons) with large terrace The apartments and the flat are fully equipped (SAT TV, air-conditioning, internet connectivity).

We also offer apartments in “House Zovko” on the third location (3), suited for large families. There are two studio – apartments with 3 beds each, a 2-room apartment with 4 beds and a large living room with a kitchen. “Kuca Zovko” is surrounded by a pine forrest and is a little further away from the other apartments that we offer.
